The outer fiber inner rubber sleeve, also known as the inner rubber outer fiberglass sleeve or the inner silicone outer fiber tube, features an inner layer extruded with high-temperature silicone rubber and an outer layer precisely woven and compounded with alkali-free fiberglass. It combines the insulating and sealing properties of silicone rubber with the wear resistance and tensile strength of fiberglass, offering high pressure resistance, strong temperature tolerance, anti-aging properties, and resistance to expansion and deformation. It is a high-end insulating sleeve specifically designed for high-voltage electrical appliances and heating wires.

Basic performance parameters

Temperature range: -40℃~200℃. For long-term continuous operation, the short-term temperature tolerance can reach 260℃

Insulation level: H-grade insulation

Voltage withstand levels: 2.5kV, 4kV, 7kV, 10kV. High-voltage models are available

Flame retardant grade: UL94 V0 / VW-1 self-extinguishing flame retardant

Environmental standards: Compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental requirements

Material structure: Inner layer of silicone extrusion + outer layer of alkali-free glass fiber braiding

Appearance color: natural white and red for outer fibers, customizable in black, yellow, blue, etc

Physical properties: high tensile strength, wear and pressure resistance, resistance to puncture, resistance to bending, and resistance to elongation and deformation

Electrical performance: Inner layer is sealed and insulated with silicone rubber, outer layer is reinforced with fiberglass, providing extremely strong high-voltage insulation stability
