Pure silicone tubes are extruded from high-purity food-grade/industrial-grade silicone raw materials, without glass fiber weaving, and feature a solid silicone structure throughout. They possess characteristics such as ultra-high temperature resistance, environmental friendliness and non-toxicity, good softness and elasticity, insulation and heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-aging properties. With a smooth surface and good hand feel, they are widely used in scenarios such as wire harness sheaths, electrical wiring, water heaters, lighting, medical, food equipment, and fluid conveyance.

Temperature range: -60℃ to 200℃ for long-term use, and can withstand 230℃ for short periods

Insulation level: H-grade insulation

Voltage resistance: Regular 1.5kV~2.5kV, up to 4kV for the thickened version

Environmental standards: RoHS, REACH, and some products can meet food-grade standards of LFGB/FDA

Material: Pure silicone extrusion, no glass fiber, no coating

Appearance color: transparent, milky white, red, black, blue, yellow, etc., customizable
